Technology parameters & SPC

Module for real-time monitoring of technology parameters with a recipe database and SPC (Statistical Process Control) controls. All parameters are read directly from the PLC (Siemens S7, OPC UA), compared against recipe tolerances and deviations are signalled. SPC modules (X-bar, R charts) enable statistical process tracking and early detection of unfavourable trends.

LEV2 CCL Monitoring: real-time coating coil line monitoring via OPC UA (Entry / Exit Coil ID, start & end times, active recipe, alloy, thickness, width, length, weight), with live connection status, last update time and record count

Real-time OPC UA connection
Connection status to the PLC and KEPServerEX visible at the top — "Last update 14:59:02", record count, total weight processed by the line.
Coil-by-coil traceability
Each row is one coil — entry ID, exit ID, precise start and end times, active recipe at that moment (e.g. P03G9002H 0.77X1250*), alloy (M14-H26, P10-H22), dimensions and weight.
Coil ID filter
Quickly locate a specific coil by number — when a customer calls about a complaint, that coil's history is on screen within seconds.
Quick time ranges and Excel export
Today / Yesterday / Week / Month toggles, plus Excel export of the entire set for complaints, auditing and analytics.
