CTRL grew out of everyday needs in metal-industry production processes. Every module — from contract tracking to statistical process control — exists because, at some point, a real production team said: "We need this, and we don't have it."
The goal was never to build "yet another MES". The goal was for operators, supervisors, maintenance engineers and production managers to look at the same data at the same time, understand it the same way, and make decisions without emailing Excel files around.
Dušan Šaponjić — a consultant with over 18 years of hands-on experience in production process management, automation and data analysis, with a large number of delivered projects.
By profession a graduate electrical engineer and a master of mechanical engineering, with many years of experience in management and leading production processes. That experience has been distilled into the CTRL application — a platform that reliably raises production and process efficiency.
